We have been granted permission to install Eco Measures under the councils Local authorities statement of intent. Private Homeowners and Private Rented Tenant’s
In the current ECO phase 25% of the ECO budget has been allocated to local authority flexible eligibility scheme which allows local councils to set a criteria which can help direct private homeowners and private rented tenant’s who could be classed as living in fuel poverty a direct route to be able to access ECO funding without the need for the qualifying benefit criteria.
Each local authority will have a statement of intent that is intended to determine if an individual falls under the criteria of living in fuel poverty whilst providing the help and assistance that they require to help them live in a more efficient and warmer home.
